For non Kydra Rewards members, it starts 22 March 2024 at 12noon. We will be sharing the code on our various channels, no minimum spend. Please apply the discount code at checkout.

No, as there will be a discount code required to be applied at checkout.

10 - How much is shipping?

For orders above SGD$50, it's absolutely free.

For orders below SGD$50, a $5 delivery fee is charged.

12 - I made multiple orders during the sale. Can I combine them?

No, unfortunately we are unable to facilitate such requests or shipping refunds during peak sale periods.

13 - I made a mistake on my order, can I cancel or change it?

Once an order is placed we're unfortunately unable to make any amendments.

This includes order details, like changing sizes or colours and adding products.

However, for mistakes in address, we will try our very best to accomodate.

14 - What's the shipping and returns policy? 

Items bought during the sale are strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

15 - How long will my items take to reach me?
