You can exchange your accumulated Kydra Points for cash vouchers and more.

Upon successful login, you will see a pop-up on the bottom right of your screen. Your Kydra Points will be reflected on the top of the pop-up.

From the rewards pop-up window, click on 'Your Vouchers’ to see your redemption history, the redemption instructions and reward codes. Click on "Apply Code" to redeem the voucher. For redeemed vouchers, there will not be an available code.

Unfortunately, the voucher codes cannot be stacked; only one code can be applied on each transaction. The full value of each voucher has to be utilised in one single transaction.

This applies to use of codes during sales and/or promo periods.

Please also note that any balance in voucher value cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

No! They do not expire, and can be accumulated for as long as you have an account with us.

Under the "Refer Your Friends" portion, you can choose to copy your personal referral link or share via email and social media! 

The points will only be reflected when your friend successfully makes his/her first purchase.

Your friend gets $30 off their first purchase above $100 and you get your 400 Points credited.

Yes! You can earn Points for past purchases made from 4 April 2022 onwards. However in order for Points to be credited, you must register for a Kydra Rewards account here first.

Upon successful registration, all qualifying purchases should earn you Kydra Points (S$1=1 Kydra Point).
