Ordering & Payment
New customers receive 15% off their first order with the code KYDRA-FIRST15. Enter it at checkout. The code is limited to one use per customer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
Email hello@mykydra.com with your order number as soon as possible. The team will confirm what can still be changed.
Shipping & Delivery
Singapore orders over S$50 ship free. Below S$50, shipping is S$5. Malaysia is free over S$50, and S$10 below that. Hong Kong is free over S$100, and S$10 flat below that. Everywhere else is S$30 flat, free over S$150. Rates are shown at checkout.
Orders ship from Singapore. We deliver to Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, plus 19 other countries across Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania. The full list is on the shipping and returns page.
Orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 working days. Singapore orders arrive 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. International orders arrive 5 to 15 working days after dispatch. Customs clearance can add time and is outside our control.
No tax is added at checkout. The price shown is the price you pay. For international orders, import duties and taxes may be payable on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A return is resolved by an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

Sizing & Fit
Every piece is cut for Asian bodies. The fit is snug by design. Size up if you prefer more room.
Size charts are on the size guide. There are three: womens apparel, mens apparel and sports bras.
Apparel runs XS to XL. Sports bras run XS to L.
Product & Care
Machine wash cold and hang to dry. No fabric softener, no bleach, no dry cleaning. Wash in a laundry net to protect the fabric.
Kyro, Kozy, Kara, Axis, Vapor, Arden and Modal Cotton are our in-house fabrics. Kyro is the signature quick cool fabric, 70% Nylon and 30% Elastane, used across the bra and legging range. The full composition is listed on every product page.

Rewards & Account
Members earn points on orders through KYDRA Rewards, powered by Smile. Points are collected against your account.
No. Points are earned on orders, and gift cards are excluded.
