Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at hello@mykydra.com with your order number. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.

All returns must be sent via tracked mail. KYDRA is not responsible for items lost in transit.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are for a different size or colour of the same item.

To start an exchange, email us at hello@mykydra.com with your order number and the size or colour you would like instead.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method or as store credit. We will notify you once your return has been processed.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.


Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale items and marked-down items
  • Items purchased during promotional periods where returns are stated as excluded in the promotion terms
  • Pre-order items
  • Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing tags

Orders placed with promotional or discount codes are subject to the terms stated in the promotion. Please refer to the terms provided with your code.


Wrong or Defective Items

If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us at hello@mykydra.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover all costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.


International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items under the same conditions above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we are unable to process returns for items lost in transit.


Wrong Delivery Details

If you provided incorrect delivery details at checkout, please contact us at hello@mykydra.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed and are ready to ship. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@mykydra.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order is processed.
