Returns & Exchanges

Returns

  • Eligible within 21 days of shipment date

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging

Exchanges

  • Eligible within 30 days of shipment date

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging

  • Sports bras are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons

How to Start
Email hello@mykydra.com with:

  • Email address used for the order

  • Order number (if available)

  • Items you wish to return or exchange (include colour, size, fit)

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Replacement details (if applicable)

Not Eligible

  • Sale and marked-down items

  • Pre-order items

  • Purchases made during promotional periods

  • Purchases made with discount codes

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping via registered mail with tracking

  • Replacement items: SGD 5 shipping fee

  • If KYDRA is at fault (wrong item/address), we cover the cost

  • If customer details are incorrect and not updated within 12 hours of ordering: SGD 6 re-delivery fee applies

Important: KYDRA is not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels. Always use registered mail with tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed, packed, and ready to ship.
