In light of the guidelines set by the Singapore government, the KYDRA office will be closed with effect from 7 April 2020, Tuesday.

However, it is business as usual for our online store! In these challenging times, your loyal support is needed more than ever, and we will be adopting some changes to our operations.

 

Delivery

Operations for our online store will carry on as usual, however, delivery will be slightly delayed. Expect your parcels to arrive within 4 to 6 business days. Do note that delivery time may be subjected to unforeseen delays or changes.

 

Exchanges

To give you more flexibility when you shop with us, we have extended the exchange period to 21 days from your date of order! Due to the current situation, we will not be able to accept any walk-in exchanges. Only exchanges done via mail will be processed.
